My Suspicion is that this is not an original Supreme version but a remake (probably India) and they used the instructions from Edwin at Supreme Magic.
Either way it works well and looks nice.

Effect: Yes, exactly the same as our Regular Locked Box Mystery, BUT big enough to have a FLOWER appear inside the box; a spectator’s ring is tied to it! Or a full sized wrist-watch can vanish and appear inside the box.
Great when you have a spectator on-stage and give him a paper-bag to hold. You say you will show him the world’s fastest trick. Spectator is asked to time the trick but finds that his watch has vanished! He tears open the bag – from inside, you draw out a closed cloth bag. This is given to a spectator who opens this out to find inside a locked wooden box.
Previously, spectator has been given a key. Now he unlocks the box and inside is his actual borrowed watch.
We give you lots of other ideas with the effect, including a great prediction effect, wherein you predict tomorrow’s headlines; the winner of next week’s football pools forecast, etc., etc., on a large sheet of paper locked in the box.
