Description
These are most likely made by Al Cohen who brought the rights from Merrill. Al’s knives have brass ends while the original Merrill knives were a silver colored metal. The first batch Al had made were fantastic and as good as the original Merrill’s. Later batches weren’t as well made. They look and feel genuine, but I cannot be certain.
Effect: They are a wonderful set of knives that look authentic and move very smoothly in your hands. These are easily as nice as the Joe Mogar knives I’ve used for years, and maybe even better. They also look like real knives that you could buy from the hardware store.
(Notice: the solid white one does not quite match the two blue/blue, blue/white knives.)
