Description
I love the look of this effect and it is easy to do with a small amount of basic arithmetic. However, I’m not sure how much of a fooler it really is so I would probably not perform it to lay people.
Effect: Magicians patters about the old twenty one card trick. Spectator is ask to think of a card from a photograph of face up and face down cards (fifty’ two card pick up). Next a photograph is shown of three rows of cards, as in the familiar 21 card trick, and spectator is asked if he sees his card or one of the same value in any of the rows.
Finally the magician shows the last photograph of face up cards with the exception that the spectators card is face down. Magician then names spectators thought of card.
All is done in a fair and direct manner.
