Description
The Criterion Demo Center fills a great void in my close-up magic performances and practice sessions. I have tried a number of different tables and table tops, but when it comes to performing they all fall short of my requirements. When it comes to close-up you need a larger top and more accessible space beneath to place your new and shown items.
Not only does the Criterion Center look beautiful, it works really well too. The size is perfect for any close-up performance I do and with a lot of easily accessible space beneath the table, I can store my whole act and get to it very easily too.
This is #5 of the first batch made by the original Collectors’ Workshop team at Misty Morn Farm 🙂

Effect: In the tradition of the fine old world cabinet builders and craftspeople, CW proudly releases the Criterion Demo Center. You can see it center stage at any of our convention appearances. It’s what we use, and we use it because it says a good deal about who we are.
Like a fine piano, the Criterion Demo Center reflects the highest achievement of the artist and the builder. In its conception, it is focused on the close-up worker, the creative performer who wishes to set the stage in style. The Demo Center is fashioned of solid walnut, with an inlaid, cross-grained walnut performing surface. Inset walnut support panels detach and fold flat, so the equipment packs small. Set-ups and takedowns are accomplished in a matter of seconds.
In its execution, it justifiably ranks, (like the great Steinways), with the finest achievements of the furniture crafters. Hand-rubbed, polished surfaces gleam in mute testimony to your performance. It shows you care. And if you care, they’ll care.
