Description

This box is very well made and although it appears to have been released before the Duvivier Coin Box, it looks the same to me. I do not know who “T.C.” refers to. If you do let me know.

Comes with some thorough instructions by Bobby Bernard and David Britland.

(Notice: Includes four half dollars.)

Effect: We now have available a very good quality Okito and Boston box set which is truly extraordinary, ft typical routine would be as follows. Four coins are placed into a small brass box. The box is set upon the back of the performer’s hand. Magically the four coins leave the box and penetrate right through the hand.

The magician offers to repeat the performance except this time the coins stay on top of the hand and the box penetrates through. You offer to repeat the effect once more. The coins are placed in the box and this time the box is set upon the spectator’s own hand.

Nothing happens until the spectator opens the box and finds that he is now holding a SOLID BLOCK OF BRASS … the coins have completely disappeared.

DO NOT CONFUSE THIS WITH ANY OTHER ‘SOLID OKITO’ ROUTINE. THE ‘SOLID’ FINISH IS NOT ACCOMPLISHED WITH A SWITCH OF ANY KIND. IT IS THE GENIUS OF A MASTER CRAFTSMAN WHICH MAKES THIS EFFECT TRULY IMPOSSIBLE.

The finale to the effect is entirely self working. Up until the finale you can use any of the usual Okito/Boston box moves. A full routine devised by BOBBY BERNARD is included and described in great detail. Quite frankly we were astonished when we received the boxes as they are just incredible.

Okito: The Okito Box is one of the great classics of magic coins. With the T.C. Coin Box you can perform all routine and passes of the Okito Box: Travel and transpositions of parts, crossing the box or hand, processing of parts, etc..

Boston: The Boston Box is the box rigged complementary to the Okito Box. It can perform the same types of effects with the basic box, but with a little extra that makes your performance even clearer and more inexplicable.

Block: is the icing on the cake of box routine parts. The block can finish the routine on a breathtaking climax: the box becomes a solid block, which shows the impossibility of what the public comes to see!
